Perusal of record would indicate that, the applicant
remaining absent since many occasions and even today. Moreover, no
effective steps has been taken on behalf of applicant to file original
purchase receipt of mobile phone. Therefore, no purpose would be
served by keeping the case open when the applicant has failed to
prosecute the same in proper perspective. On 06.06.2022, matter is kept
for dismissal order. Hence, I find that, this case can be disposed of.
Hence, case is dismissed in default.
