ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION
(No.819/2025, CNR No.MHMM18-003508-2025)
(Along with Order on an application sent by A.No.2, through Jail Authorities)
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. The accused prayed for bail mainly on the ground that he is
innocent and falsely implicated in this crime. Investigation is over and he
is ready to remain abide by the conditions, if any, imposed, etc. Ld.
A.P.P. objected to it stating that though investigation is over allegations
are serious and there is possibility of tampering.
3. Accused is in custody since 21.02.2025. Investigation relating to
accused is over and charge sheet already filed. Offence is triable by this
Court itself. Accused is ready to remain abide by the conditions. The
conclusion of trial will take much time.
4. At the same time it is noticed that Accused No.2, Mr. Pradeep
Mohan Kamble, also sent application through Jail Authorities for
releasing him on P.R. Bond. The above observations are also applicable
to him. The offence is serious, therefore, P.R. Bond may not be granted,
but he also needs to be released on bail. Considering all these aspects and
facts and circumstances and reasons assigned in the bail application
following order -
ORDER
a. Both the applications are allowed.
b. Accused persons Mr. Abhishek Dilip Singh and Mr. Pradeep
Mohan Kamble, are released on bail on their furnishing P.B. and S.B. of
Rs.15,000/- each. Permission granted to deposit cash security instead of
surety bond.

c. Accused persons shall furnish their detail addresses and proofs
thereof.
