ORDER BELOW EXH.1
The case is amicably settled before National LokAdalat. The
accused booked for the offence U/Sec.379, 427 of the Indian Penal
Code which are compoundable one. The Award of National Lok Adalat
is at Exh.4. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
The accused is acquitted U/Sec.320 (8) of Criminal Procedure
Code for the offence punishable under section 379, 427 of the Indian
Penal Code. His bail bonds stand cancelled.
