1. Perused record, heard learned advocate for the complainant. It is alleged
that accused persons voluntarily caused hurt to the complainant and threatened
and abused the complainant.
2. On perusal of verification of the complainant and other evidence
particularly documents on record i.e. N.C. Report, application filed before
police station and injury certificate alongwith the main complaint, it is noticed
that the prima facie case made out only against Accused No.1, Mr. Kamlakar
Lavukumar Sadghare, and that too only in respect of an offence punishable
under Section 323 of Indian Penal Code. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
Issue process against Accused No.1, Mr. Kamlakar Lavukumar
Sadghare, for the offence punishable U/Sec.323 of Indian Penal Code.
