1. Perused record, heard learned advocate for the complainant. It is alleged
that accused persons committed forgery, cheating, etc.
2. On perusal of verification of the complainant and other evidence. The
transactions are mainly based on documentary evidence. The nature of
allegations clearly reflects that some additional evidence is necessary to draw
the inference to prima facie case. Therefore, following order :
ORDER
P.S.O. Bandra, Mumbai, is hereby directed to investigate the matter as
per Section 202 of Code of Criminal Procedure and filed report accordingly
