ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
1] The applicant is praying for direction to nonapplicant to
register the death of her uncle namely Vasant Ganpatrao Kalyankar.
The applicant states that her uncle was unmarried.
2] The applicant submitted that, her uncle namely Vasant
Ganpatrao Kalyankar died on 20/07/2018. However, due to
ignorance she could not take entry regarding his death. She requires
death certificate of her uncle. Hence, this application is filed.
3] The applicant produced on record copies of medical
certificate as to cause of death, Cremation Receipt, No objection for
removal of dead body by concerned police station, Aadhar of the
deceased, Aadhar, Election Card and Marriage Certificate of the
applicant. The application is supported by Affidavit.
4] The claim of the applicant has remained unchallenged.
No one has taken exception to it. The documents and the affidavit of
the applicant show that Vasant Ganpatrao Kalyankar died on
20.07.2018. The applicant succeeded in proving her claim. In view of
the aforesaid discussion, there is no hurdle to grant the relief claimed
by the applicant. Hence, the nonapplicant may be directed to take
entry regarding death of Vasant Ganpatrao Kalyankar in concerened
register. Hence, the following order.
O R D E R
1] The application is allowed.
2] The nonapplicant is directed to take entry regarding the

date of death of Vasant Ganpatrao Kalyankar as 20.07.2018 in the
concerned register on accepting requisite fee.
3] Application is accordingly disposed of.
