ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Read complaint, affidavit of complainant. Perused the documents
placed on record. Heard Ld. Advocate Shri Purway for complainant. The
complainant has filed complaint under section 120 (B), 420, 465, 467, 468
r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and prayed for investigation by police as per
the provision of section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The
complaint discloses commission of cognizable offence. It is alleged that, the
accused have fabricated the documents, which are in their custody. It further
shows that, said documents have been submitted by accused persons before
SRA authority. The accused also fabricated the electricity bill showing the
complainant was tenant of Thomas Miranda Chawl. I am of opinion that,
detail investigation by police is necessary, therefore, the matter be sent to
Vakola police station for investigation under section 156 (3) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure. Hence, this application cum complaint is disposed off.
