Cross-examination resumed on:-
19. It is true to say that we used to chat frequently through
whatsapp. It is true to say that we met personally several times. It is true
to say that we used to meet other than the official purpose. It is true to say
that I developed closed personal relationship with the accused. It is not
true to say that I wanted the result of such relationship in the marriage. It
is not true to say that I wanted to marry with accused. It is not true to say
that I used to discussed with accused future plans of marriage. It is true to
say that our relationship was broken down latter on. It is not true to say
that after breaking the relationship I choose to file the present complaint. It
is true to say that it is mentioned in my complaint in paragraph number 3 B
I have stated about the friendly loan of Rs.8,60,000/-. It is true to say that
in the notice issued to the accused dated 14.12.2017 I have mentioned
amount of Rs.10,77,200/- plus gold jewelry of about 140gms. In my
affidavit I have stated that I gave the accused Rs.3,00,000/- cash and Rs.
7,00,000/- to Rs.8,00,000/- online. It is true to say that I am unable to
give the exact total even today. It is true to say that I am accountant by
profession. It is true to say that as an accountant I used to maintain record
of money given and accepted. It is true to say that I have not produced any
promissory note or acknowledgment signed by the accused for the alleged
loan. It is true to say that I have not produced any receipt of cash of
Rs.3,00,000/-. Witness voluntaries that whatsapp chat it is mentioned. It is
true to say that there is no eye witness to state that I have handed over
Rs.3,00,000/- cash to the accused. It is true to say the amount was given
to the accused. It is true to say that I don’t remember on which specific
date I have given the specific amount. I have not produced my bank
statement today. It is not true to say that the amounts and figures
mentioned in the bank statement do not match with the figure

Rs.8,60,000/- mentioned in the complaint. It is not true to say that the
amounts and figures mentioned in the bank statement do not match with
the figure of Rs.10,77,200/- mentioned in the notice. It is true to say that
withdrawal of amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is not shown in my bank statement.
The witnesses volunteers that I have borrowed some money from other
person. I have not mentioned the name of person from whom I have
borrowed the money or the fact of the borrowing money. It is true to say
that I have not produced my income tax returns of the relevant years which
shows that the said amount is loan as an asset or advance.
20. It is not true to say that apart from alleged loan transaction I
had given money to the accused for travel arrangement. The accused
handed over cheque of Rs.8,00,000/- and he promised to pay remaining
amount of Rs.60,000/- by cash, hence, I received the subject cheque of
Rs.8,00,000/- despite the amount outstanding was either of Rs.8,60,000/-
or Rs.10,77,200/- and some gold jewelry. I have lodged report against the
accused since my jewelry was with the accused. I have not produced the
copy of said report but I can show.
