Order below an application for granting permission
to issue new/fresh Passport.
1. Perused the application. Perused the documents produced
by the applicant/accused. Heard advocate for the applicant.
2. By this application the accused/applicant is seeking
permission of this court in the matter of issuance of fresh passport to
him. Say of IO & APP was called. Investigating officer formally denied
the application. Whereas, Ld. APP failed to file say.
3. The accused filed affidavit in support of his application. He
is ready to attend the court as and when required. He is resident of
Mumbai. He applied for fresh passport.
4. In view of submission made by accused, time required to
conduct the hearing and to dispose of the case. No reason found to deny
the permission. This court has no objection to give permission for issue
passport. Hence, order.

ORDER
i) The application is allowed.
ii) This Court has no objection if the passport is issued to
the accused as per rules.
iii) The accused/applicant shall not travel abroad without
prior permission of this Court.
iv) The applicant/accused shall file copy of the passport
before this Court as soon as he receives it.
