ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
1] The applicant is praying for direction to nonapplicant to
register the death of his mother namely Hirabai Pandurang Mohite.
2] The applicant submitted that, his mother namely Hirabai
Pandurang Mohite died on 26/09/2015. However, due to ignorance
he could not take entry regarding her death. He requires death
certificate of his mother. Hence, this application is filed.
3] The applicant produced on record medical certificate as
to cause of death, Certificate from Kohinoor Hospital, Permission
regarding removal of dead etc. The documents show that the mother
of the applicant died on 26.09.2015. The respondent has also
recommended registration of death on the said date.
4] The applicant has submitted documents in support of his
version. The claim of the applicant has remained unchallenged. No
one has taken exception to it. The applicant succeeded in proving his
claim. In view of the aforesaid discussion, there is no hurdle to grant
the relief claimed by the applicant. Hence, the nonapplicant may be
directed to take entry regarding death of Hirabai Pandurang Mohite.
Hence, the following order.
O R D E R
1] The application is allowed.
2] The nonapplicant is directed to take entry regarding the
date of death of Hirabai Pandurang Mohite as 26.09.2015 in the
concerned register on accepting requisite fee.

3] Application is accordingly disposed of.
