ORDER BELOW EXH.1 IN C.C.NO. 2627/PS/2016
CNR No.MHMM18-003255-2018
This case in pending since 2016, the accused is
absconded. The offence is punishable under 65(e) of Bombay
Prohibition Act, 1949. Muddemal property i.e. 16 x 650 ml.
Haywards 2000 strong beer of Rs.1600/- & 19 x 180 ml. Directors
Special Whisky of Rs.1995/-, total worth Rs.3595/- was recovered.
No purpose found to keep pending proceeding. Therefore, it is just
and proper to stop proceeding vide section 258 of Cr.P.C. Hence,
following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The proceeding is stopped vide section 258 of Cr. P.C.
2. The accused stands discharged.
3. Muddemal property be disposed of as per law.
