ORDER
1. This is an application filed by the applicant/accused viz.
Pankaj Kishore Jain for the permission of this court to travel Almaty,
Kazakhstan during 17/06/2026 to 20/06/2026.
2. Heard both side.
3. Accused alleged to have committed an offence punishable
under section 294, 34 of I.P.C. etc. He is on bail. The Santacruz police
station has filed the chargesheet against accused. He is abiding all the
conditions of bail and did not commit any breach of any conditions. There
is no reason to reject the application. Therefore, I proceed to pass
following order :-
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2. Applicant/accused viz. Pankaj Kishore Jain is allowed to travel
Almaty, Kazakhstan during 17/06/2026 to 20/06/2026, subject
to following conditions -
(i) Applicant/accused shall remain present before the court after
returning from abroad.
(ii) Applicant/accused to complete necessary formalities and this
permission shall not be deemed to be an alternative to any rules

or regulations which the applicant/accused is obliged to comply
with.
(iii) Applicant/accused shall file an undertaking that he will not
challenge the evidence recorded in his absence and his identity
deposed by witnesses.
3. Issue letter accordingly to the concerned authority.
