Accused is charged with the offence punishable under section 376, 377, 420, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code . The offence punishable under Sections 376 of Indian Penal Code is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The accused is represented by Lawyer. The case will have to be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Session. Hence, the order :- O R D E R 1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. 2.
