ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION
IN C. R. NO. 27/2025 (Dharavi P.S.)
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. The accused prayed for bail mainly on the ground that he is innocent.
Investigation is over and he is ready to remain abide by the conditions, if any,
imposed. No offence punishable under Section 318 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita
made out. Investigating Officer and Ld. A.P.P. objected to it stating that allegations
are serious. Investigation is in progress and there is possibility of tampering.
3. Accused is in custody since 05.03.2025 The record clearly reflect that
investigation relating to accused is over. From the material produced there appears
doubt about the involvement of the accused in the allegations. Moreover, offence is
triable by this Court itself. Accused is ready to remain abide by the conditions. The
conclusion of investigation, filing of charge-sheet and consequent conclusion of
trial will take much time. Considering all these aspects and facts and circumstances
and reasons assigned in the bail application following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Accused Mr. Rizwan Riyazuddin, is released on bail on his furnishing P.B.
and S.B. of Rs.10,000/-. Permission granted to deposit cash security instead of
surety bond.
c. Accused shall furnish his detail address and proof thereof.
