ORDER
IN NOTICE NO.323/N/2026
The applicant/accused Monisha Divesh Rohra @ Monisha
Nand Bijlani has filed this application for permission to travel to
Switzerland, Italy and Germany from 23.06.2026 to 10.07.2026.
Perused application and documents. No say filed by I.O. and Ld. APP.
Heard learned Advocate for applicant and Ld. APP for the State.
2) According to applicant, he is facing trial for offence
punishable under Sections 279, 338 of Indian Penal Code and section
184 of M.V. Act in connection with C.R. No.136/2020 of Dharavi P.S.. It
will take time to conclude the trial. The applicant/accused has filed
affidavit. Applicant submitted that, she is going to travel to
Switzerland, Italy and Germany from 23.06.2026 to 10.07.2026.
3) Though the applicant is accused, she has right to travel
abroad. Her personal liberty cannot be curtailed by rejecting the
application. Hence, present applications needs to be allowed. Thus, I
proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1) Applicant/accused namely Monisha Divesh Rohra @ Monisha
Nand Bijlani is permitted to travel to Switzerland, Italy and Germany
from 23.06.2026 to 10.07.2026 subject to condition that, she shall not
seek adjournment and due to her absence. The trial shall not adjourned
and she shall not dispute his identity during the trial.

2) Applicant/accused should intimate the Court soon after her
arrival at India.
3) Applicant/accused shall furnish detailed itinerary before
departure.
