ORDER BELOW EXH.31
a. Perused. Heard. The Investigating Officer has no objection. The
objection raised by Ld. A.P.P. also not much serious. Therefore,
application is allowed.
b. The Nodal Officer, I.D.B.I. Bank, Branch Rewari (Sol-1105),
Hariyana, is directed to de-freeze the account bearing
No.1105102000005586, standing in the name of applicant Mr. Lakshay
Takkar S/o. Jhangi Ram, R/o. House No.4319, Sukarpura, Rewari,
Hariyana, having customer ID 100600672, maintained with the said
Bank.
c. The concerned Investigating Officer shall also brought the
above order to the notice of concerned bank and request it to de-freeze the
above mentioned account.

Single ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. This is an application under Section 457 of Code of Criminal
Procedure for release of property.
2. As per applicant he was duped by unknown persons and they
fraudulently obtained from him the amount of Rs.19,98,000/-. At the
instance of applicant, the offence was registered with respondent Police
Station at C.R. No.61/2022. During investigation the bank accounts
mentioned in the present application was frozen by the respondent as the
amount deposited by the applicant is lying in it.
3. The applicant is in need of said amount and hence filed the present
application. Say of the I.O. and Ld. A.P.P. was called. They have no
objection to handover the cash and requested for passing necessary orders
to that effect.
4. The incidence occurred since long back and since then matter is
pending. The amount paid by applicant remained unused. He is deprived
of it for no fault on his part. Investigation relating to the cash seems to be
completed. Therefore, application needs to be allowed and as such order -
ORDER
a. The application is allowed.
b. The respondent is directed to request the officer of the concerned
bank, to transfer the amount, total value of Rs.30,50,000/-, (amount
mentioned in say of I.O. remove while taking print) as mentioned in the
say of respondent, in an account maintained by the applicant mentioned in
the application, after executing indemnity bond of Rs.31,00,000/- (Rs.
Thirty One Lacs only) before respondent.

Multiple ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. This is an application under Section 457 of Code of Criminal
Procedure for release of property.

fraudulently obtained from him the amount of Rs.1,31,40,285/-. At the
instance of applicant, the offence was registered with respondent Police
Station at C.R. No.7/2022. During investigation the bank accounts
mentioned in the present application was frozen by the respondent as the
part of the amount deposited by the applicant is lying in it.
3. The applicant is in need of said amount and hence filed the present
application. Say of the I.O. and Ld. A.P.P. was called. They have no
objection to handover the cash and requested for passing necessary orders
to that effect.
