Judgment on Admission of guilt by accused
Today, abovesaid accused appeared before me during
Lok-adalat and submitted that they want to plead guilt. They are
identified by his advocate. Charge is framed against them, to which
they voluntarily pleaded guilty. Heard accused in person. They
submitted that lenient view may be taken as they are only earning
member in their respective family. Considering the nature of offence,
circumstances under which it is committed, antecedents of the
accused & their age, I proceed to pass following order :-
ORDER
Accused are convicted for the offence u/Sec. 223 of Bhartiya
Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sentenced to pay fine of र 1500/-
( Rupees one thousand Five Hundred only) each, and in default
of payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 15
(Fifteen) days each.
