Judgment on Admission of guilt by accused
Today, abovesaid accused appeared before me during
Lok-adalat and submitted that he want to plead guilt. He is identified
by his advocate. Charge is framed against him, to which he
voluntarily pleaded guilty. Heard accused in person. He submitted
that lenient view may be taken as he is only earning member in his
respective family. Considering the nature of offence, circumstances
under which it is committed, antecedents of the accused & his age, I
proceed to pass following order :-
ORDER
Accused is convicted for the offence u/Sec. 223 of Bhartiya
Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sentenced to pay fine of र 1500/-
( Rupees one thousand Five Hundred only), and in default of
payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 15 (Fifteen)
days.
