ORDER
1. This is an application filed by the applicant/accused viz.
Suresh Pandurang Mangela for the permission of this court to travel
abroad for meet his younger brother to visit family from 08/09/2026 to
02/10/2026 to Abu Dhabi to London and London to Abu Dhabi to
Mumbai.
2. Heard both side.
3. Accused alleged to have committed an offence punishable
under section 324, 504, 506 r.w.s. 34 of I.P.C. etc. He is on bail. The charge
against him has been framed. Therefore trial will not protract if permission
granted. No reason to reject the application. Therefore, I proceed to pass
following order :-
ORDER
1. Application is partly allowed.
2. Applicant/accused viz. Suresh Pandurang Mangela for the
permission of this court to travel abroad for meet his younger
brother to visit family from 08/09/2026 to 02/10/2026 to Abu
Dhabi to London and London to Abu Dhabi to Mumbai
, subject
to following conditions -
(i) Applicant/accused shall remain present before the Court after
returning from abroad.

(ii) Applicant/accused to complete necessary formalities and this
permission shall not be deemed to be an alternative to any rules
or regulations which the applicant/accused is obliged to comply
with.
(iii) Applicant/accused shall file an undertaking that he will not
challenge the evidence recorded in his absence and his identity
deposed by witnesses.
(iv) Applicant/accused shall file an undertaking that he will remain
present through V.C. if required.
(v) Applicant/accused shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
3. Issue letter accordingly to the concerned authority.
