No.695 of 2025 CNR No.MHMM18-002938-2025 COMMON ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATIONS (B.A.Nos.582, 682 and 695 of 2025) IN C. R. NO.295/2025 (Bandra P.S.) 1. Perused record. Heard both the sides. 2. By way of these three applications, the applicants/accused persons Smt. Priya Monuddin Mandal, Mr. Shariful Fajer Molla and Smt. Mili Eyenoor Shahaji, prayed for bail, contending that they are poor and innocent. They are Indian citizens. Investigation is over and they are ready to remain abide by the conditions, if any, imposed, etc. Investigating Officer and Ld. A.P.P., by filing common say, objected to it stating that investigation is in progress. There is enough evidence came on record against applicants. There is possibility of absconding and tampering, etc. 3. After going through the record it is noticed that there is substance in the allegations. The documents produced can not be relied at this juncture. The allegations are serious. Material investigation is incomplete. There is nothing on record from which it can be said that accused are Indian citizens and may not flee the trial. The applications are vaguely drafted. None of the reasons pleaded and assigned can be said to be enough to release the applicants on bail. Therefore, following order - ORDER Applications are rejected.
