That you accused on 26.02.2018 at about 20.15 hours at 18 G, Bhiva Plumber
Chawl, Mori Road, Mahim, W,Mumbai16 neglect to serve or disobey order issued by
Special Police Circular para No. 49/2018 of Owner and Estate Agent while giving said room
on rental basis did not inform to police station and thereby contravened Sec.144 of Bombay
Police Act and thereby committed an offence punishable U/Sec.188 of IPC within my
cognizance.

ORDER
Accused voluntarily pleaded guilty to the offence with which he has been
charged and requested for leniency. He has also submitted a written application pleading
guilty to the charge. His plea being voluntarily one, I accept the same and convict him for
the offence with which he has been charged. Considering the nature of the offence, I pass
following order :
ORDER
Accused Dipesh Devidas Mhatre, is convicted U/Sec.252 of Cr.P.C. for the
offence punishable U/Sec.188 of the IPC and sentenced to suffer S.I. till rising of the Court
and to pay a fine of Rs.200/ (Rupees Two Hundred only), in default of payment of fine,
accused to suffer S.I. for 2 (Two) days.
Copy of the order be given to the accused free of cost.
