Common Order Below Bail Applications
Perused bail applications and say. Heard both side. Accused are
charged for the offence punishable U/Secs.118(2), 352, 3(5) of the
BNS. Prosecution alleged that, accused have assaulted the victim by
cricket bat. No record to show that the injured is still admitted in the
hospital. The weapon used in the crime is recovered. Offence is triable
by this court. No purpose would be serve by keeping the accused behind
the bar. Therefore, the accused are entitle to enlarge on bail.
Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order -
ORDER
1. Accused are released on furnishing P. B. of Rs.10,000/- and on
deposit of cash bail of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand
only) each.
2. Accused to submit their address proof.
3. Accused shall not tamper the evidence and shall not pressurize
the prosecution witnesses.
4. Accused shall not leave India without prior permission of the
Court till conclusion of the trial.
5. Accused are directed to remain present each and every date and
in default their bail bonds would automatically forfeit.
6. Accused are directed to attend the Dharavi Police Station on

every Monday in between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon till the filing
of charge-sheet or until further order, whichever is earlier.
7. Accused shall not misuse the liberty.
8. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
