ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION OF ACCUSED

1. The accused are arrested in above CR U/S. 68, 84 of Bombay
Prohibition Act, 1949 and produced before the court alongwith remand papers
today. In that, they have made present application for bail on the same day.
Accused sought bail on the ground that they are innocent and falsely implicated
in the said crime. They are permanent resident of Mumbai and ready to abide
by any conditions, if imposed by the court.
2. Say of Ld. APP was called. He has filed say and resisted the
application.
3. Read application with say of Ld. APP. Heard Ld. Advocate for the
accused and Ld. APP.
4. The accused is produced alongwith the remand papers. The
recovery is already made. The accused is a local resident. There is no reason
to keep them behind the bars. Therefore, it is just and proper to release the
accused on bail. Hence, following order :-
ORDER
i) The application is allowed.
ii) Accused No.1 be released on bail on his executing PB & SB of
Rs.15,000/- or PB of Rs. 15,000/- and cash bail of Rs. 700/-, as
prayed.
iii) Accused No.2 be released on bail on his executing PB & SB of
Rs.15,000/- or PB of Rs. 15,000/- and cash bail of Rs. 300/-, as
prayed.
