1. Perused record. Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant.
2. The present private complaint is filed against accused for offences
punishable under Section 268, 351, 500 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. It
is the case of the applicant that the proposed accused is his brother-in-law.
His marriage solemnized in the year 1998, with one Ramini. The marital
relations were going on smoothly upto year 2019. Then behaviour of his
wife changed and disputes started.
3. The accused is instrumental in instigating her. He used to come to
house of accused, threatens her and also attempting to dispossess the
complainant of his house. He had lodged report to police also and also
approached Civil Court. But no purpose served. Hence, this complaint.
4. The verification of the complainant is in tune with the complaint.
From the record it is clear that out of matrimonial dispute complaint is
filed. The allegations are vague. No material particulars mentioned. No
evidence produced in support of allegations. Material gathered is not
enough to constitute prima facie case. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
Complaint is dismissed.
