ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The applicant Sanjib Basu has filed this proceeding under Section
15 of the Contempt of Court Act against the Nodal Officer of ICICI Bank,
B.K.C., Mumbai for not disobeying the court order dated 07.10.2024.
2. Today Ld. Advocate for ICICI Bank has filed pursis alleging that
they have complied the order of this court on 13.08.2025 i.e. they have
transferred Rs.91,731/- to the account of applicant. The applicant and
his Ld. Advocate Smt. S. S. Sarkar submitted that applicant has received
said amount from the ICICI Bank and they have requested to dispose off
this case. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order -
ORDER
The case is disposed off.
