COMMITTAL ORDER
This chargesheet is submitted against accused before this Court by
Sr. Inspector of police, Bandra Police Station, Mumbai for the offence u/sec.
328 of the Indian Penal Code of the Indian Penal Code. Copy of chargesheet is
furnished to the accused.
The offence punishable u/sec. 328 of the Indian Penal Code
against accused, is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence,
this case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, u/sec. 209 of the
Criminal Procedure Code.
Accused is on bail. He is directed to appear before Court of
Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 08/05/2018.
The record and proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Bombay forthwith. The Bandra police Station is hereby directed to produce the
muddemal property, if any, before the Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay as and
when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, be intimated
accordingly.
