Accused Dhanpat Hansraj Baid@Paid is hereby convicted vide section 255 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code, for the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 and he is sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for 2 years and to pay of Rs. 10,000/- in default of payment of fine shall suffer further simple imprisonment for further period of 15 days.
