ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The accused absent. The complainant and his advocate
present. The next day was given by the clerk without looking into
urgency of the matter and looking the directions of the Hon'ble High
Court. It is regretted to state that the concerned advocate N.V.Gupta
has also sought exemption of the accused by forwarding application
without giving say on the application of complainant to expedite the
matter in the absence of complainant and his advocate. The next date
seems to be taken in absence of the complainant and his advocate.
The advocate for accused has taken disadvantage of heavy board of
this presiding officer in obtaining next date of the matter dispite the
directions of Hon'ble High Court to expedite the matter. Therefore, it
is necessary to change the next date in CIS in absence of Advocate
N.V.Gupta. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1. The concern bench clerk henceforth to take
note of importance of urgency of the matters
wherein directions of Hon'ble High Court are
given to expedite the matter before giving
date and accepting exemption applications.
2. The next date of the matter is changed and
concern clerk is directed to keep the matter
on 15.06.2023. He is also directed to bring

into notice of change of date to the concern
advocate, if approaches before this court
during the court business within two days.
3. The order be published on CIS for the
accused and his advocate.
4. Order dictated and pronounced in open
court.
