Despite passing specific order below Exh.01 dated 30.12.2025, no steps taken to secure presence of accused by the complainant. It seems that complainant has lost interest in proceeding with the matter and as such complainant not taking steps nor remaining present. Keeping the file pending years together without proceeding further taking appropriate steps by the complainant is unjustified. 2.
