That you on 17.02.2022 at 23.30 hours, at Left side of Shri
Hari Road, infront of Titanic Building, Maharashtra Nagar, Bandra (E),
Mumbai, was found making food on fire so rashly and negligently as to
endanger human life or likely to cause hurt or injury to anyone or that you
being in possession of such fire and thereby committed an offence
punishable under Section 285 of Indian Penal Code and within my
cognizance.
And I hereby direct that you be tried on above said charges.

Charge : U/sec. 285 of Indian Penal Code
Today, accused appeared before me and submitted that he
want to plead guilt. He is identified by his advocate. Charge is framed
against him, to which he voluntarily pleaded guilty. Heard accused in
person. He submitted that lenient view may be taken as he is only earning
member in his family. Considering the nature of offence, circumstances
under which it is committed, antecedents of the accused & his age, I
proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. The accused, Amarnath Shivshankar Jaiswal is hereby convicted
for the offence under Section 285 of Indian Penal Code and
sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment till rising of the Court and
to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/( Rupees one thousand only), and in
default of payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 7
(seven) days.
2. Seized gas stove be sold in public auction and sale proceed be
forwarded and credited to Government, after appeal period is over.
