COMMITTAL ORDER
The chargesheet is submitted against both accused before
this Court by Sr. Inspector of police, Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai
for the alleged offence mentioned above. Copy of chargesheet is already
furnished to both accused.
The main offence punishable U/Sec. 353, 332 of IPC
alleged against both accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions. Hence, this case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai, U/Sec. 209 of Cr.P.C. to stand trial for the offence punishable
U/Sec. 353, 332, 323, 336, 143, 147, 149, 188, 269, 270 of IPC r/w.s.
2, 3, 4 of The Epidemic Diseases Act, r/w.s. 11 of Covid 19 Rules, 2020
r/w.s. 51 (B) of National Disaster Management Act.
Both accused are on bail. They are directed to appear
before Hon'ble Court of Sessions, on 22/11/2023 without fail. Both
accused are remanded to Judicial custody during and until the
conclusion of the trial.
Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai forthwith. The Santacruz Police Station, is hereby directed

to produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai, as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, be
intimated accordingly.
