Perusal of record would indicate that, the complainant
remaining absent since 06.05.2019. Despite sufficient time given, the
complainant failed to appear. Since 23.10.2019, the complainant and
advocate both found absent. Therefore, matter is kept for passing further
order/dismissal order. In view of lockdown qua Covid pandemic, the
order of dismissal did not follow. The court started functioning physically
and regularly since 01.02.2021. The presence of complainant is essential
to record the verification statement. Therefore, no reason found to further
adjourn. Thus, complaint stands dismissed in default.
