ORDER BELOW APPLICATION DATED 05/10/2024
The applicant and respondent No.1 have jointly filed the
pursis contending that, they have agreed on the point of access of
child on second Thursday of every month at their convenient and
further agreed that, if their son fall ill or any unavoidable event
occurs then his access will be given on next second Thursday of the
month.
2. The respondent is father of son by name Mohd. Ali. The
applicant also has no objection for access to the respondent towards
her son. Therefore, by taking into consideration the provision of
section 21 of Domestic Violence Act, I proceed to pass following
order.
ORDER
1 In view of pursis the respondent is permitted to have
access to his child by name Mohd. Ali on every
second Thursday of every month, at around 12.00
noon to 01.00 p.m. in Family Court Child Complex
under the supervision of the marriage counsellor of
the Family Court.
2 The respondent shall not behave in any abnormal
manner, which would cause physical, as well as
mental harm to child Mohd. Ali.

3 The respondent No.1 shall pay an amount of
I.1,000/- in respect of each visit to the applicant, as
expenses.
4 Copy of order be sent to the Marriage Consellor of
Family Court for information and necessary action.
