Complainant’s authorized representative absent. Heard Junior
Advocate representing complainant. Perusal of proceeding shows that
already plea of accused Nos.1, 3, 4 and 5 is recorded long back.
Complainant could not secure presence of accused No.2 who seems to be
Managing Director of accused No.1 company till today. Number of time
warrants were issued, but the same could not be served as accused is not
residing within jurisdiction of this court. Matter is pending for hearing
and securing presence of accused No.2. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1) Complainant to keep the authorised representative present
positively on next date alongwith his advocate on record.
2) Complainant to take appropriate steps against the accused
No.2, failing which the complaint would be dismissed
against accused No.2.
3) Order be uploaded on Court Web Portal for the knowledge
of the parties.
4) Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
