Order Details: Order Below EX 1 Pdf Text: CASE NO.306/PW/2026 (C.R.No.63/2026 of Bandra P.S.) ORDER BELOW EXH.1 Today, Ld. Advocate for the accused not pressed the bail application of the accused. The accused is not produced before Court today. Accused sent his plea through Jail Authority. Accused pleaded guilty. Considering jail period already undergone, I accept his plead and proceed to pass following order: ORDER 1. Accused Santosh Mangal Waghela is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 305(a) of the B.N.S. vide Section 264 of the BNSS 2023 and the accused is sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for the period already undergone shall also pay a fine of Rs. 100/- in default of payment of fine he shall undergo further rigorous imprisonment for 10 days. 2. Accused is in Jail since 15.02.2026. He is entitled for set off, if any, of the period already undergone under Section 468 of BNSS. 3. The accused shall surrender bail bonds. 4. The seized property be given to it’s owner. 5. Copy of this order be given to the accused free of cost. (R. T.
