COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused is produced before the Court through Video
Conferencing. He is in Jail. He is charged with the offence punishable
under Sections 392, 394, 397,34 of the Indian Penal Code r.w. Section
4, 25 of Indian Arms Act. The offence punishable under Section 397 of
Indian Penal Code is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions. On Video Conference accused was asked whether he is
received the copies of chargesheet to which accused replied that he has
received the copies of chargesheet. Ld.Advocate of the accused is also
present. The copies of police report and other documents as specified in
section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to
the accused. The case will have to be committed to the Hon'ble Court
of Sessions in view of nature of offence. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. The Jail Authority is directed to produce the accused before the
Hon'ble Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 28.12.2021.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to
be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.

4. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Khar is directed to
produce muddemal property, in the Hon'ble Court of Session on or
before 28.12.2021.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the
case to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
