Both parties are present. Both parties on last date arrived at
settlement out of court and accordingly accused has agreed to pay
Rs.5,50,000/- against the subject cheque. Today, accused has brought
Demand Draft of Rs.5,00,000/- only. He is not ready to pay Demand
Draft today subject to withdrawal of complaint without giving
Rs.50,000/-. According to advocate Mr. Galani, accused will pay entire
amount of Rs.5,50,000/- on next date that is on 14.11.2025.
Considering the positive statement made by senior advocate at bar,
matter needs to be adjourned till next date awaiting payment. Hence, I
pass following order.
ORDER
1. Matter be posted on 25.11.2025.
2. The accused to make payment of entire amount of
Rs.5,50,000/- by Demand Draft till next date.
3. Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
4. Order be uploaded on Court Web Portal.
