Order below application Exh3 for interim relief.
1. Perused the application, affidavit, documents and say of
respondents on record. Heard Ld. Advocates for applicant and non
applicants.
2. The applicant submitted that she has been suffered
domestic violence at the instance of respondents. Applicant narrated the
incidents in detail after the marriage. She claims that her husband is
working as Accountant in Calibehr Business Support Service Pvt. Ltd.
and getting more than of Rs.50,000/ per month. No one is dependent
on respondent No.1. She prayed for interim protection order, getting
maintenance of Rs.20,000/ per month, House rent & compensation of
Rs. 50 Lacs.
3. The respondents filed their reply at Exh14. They admitted
relationship. They further replied that respondent No.1 relieved from
aforesaid company and now he is jobless. He denied rest of the
allegations in toto. He submitted that applicant is highly educated and
therefore she is earning.

4. After perusal of the Record, it appears that respondents
admitted the relationship but, denied all domestic violence allegations.
Now the applicant is residing separately. Applicant and nonapplicant
No.1 have filed assets and liabilities at Exh16 &17 respectively. The
applicant is claiming huge amount as maintenance. The applicant has
not filed the income documents of respondent No.1. Therefore, in such
facts and circumstances, applicant is entitled for interim maintenance
only.
ORDER
i) Application is partly allowed.
ii) The respondent No.1 is directed to pay monthly
maintenance of Rs. 1,000/ per month to applicant,
from the date of application.
iii) Copy of this order be given to the applicant free of
cost.
