ORDER BELOW EXH.-20
Perused record. It reflects that, the accused namely Nadim
Hamiuddin Ansari, who is absent since long time. This court received
warrant report on 08/06/2026, contending that the accused not found
on the given address. Police machinery shown that, they have visited
Room No. 472, Chawl No. 30, Bharat Nagar, Bandra (E), Mumbai. It
also reflects that, police machinery also visited to Room No. 341, Galli
No. 22, Zhakir Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi. But accused could not found
on this place.
2. Matter is pending since 2021. Other accused are present
except accused No.2 and 4 before the court. In such situation matter
cannot be kept pending years together. Considering facts and
circumstances of matter issue proclamation against the accused No.2
under section 82 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
