ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 13 of Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
2. It is the case of the applicant that he is married. Name of his wife is
Ashwini Nagesh Pujari. He is residing at Room No.2, Block No.8, Row –
F, Transit Camp, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Dharavi, Mumbai – 400 017. His
wife delivered a female child, on 30.01.2019, who was named as Nivanshi
Nagesh Pujari, at Aayush Hospital, 102, 1st Laxman Arcade, Vivekanand
Corporate Housing Society, 90 Feet Road, Near Kamarajar High School,
Dharavi, Mumbai. He is having sufficient documentary evidence to prove
his identity and residence.
3. The birth of child Nivanshi Nagesh Pujari, is not registered. His
request to concerned authorities for registration of her name was rejected.
He is in need of such registration for availing various facilities and
services. Therefore, he prayed to order and direct the respondent to register
the birth of said child.
4. The application is supported by his affidavit. Applicant also filed on
record copies of Aadhar Cards of himself, his wife and other family
members, papers regarding delivery of the said child issued by Aayush
Hospital.
5. From the contents of application and evidence produced it is clear
that the applicant's wife delivered a female child, on 30.01.2019, at Aayush
Hospital, Dharavi, Mumbai, and he is in need of it for various purposes.
Nobody objected to the application and hence, following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.

b. Respondent Ward Officer, G/North Ward, Mumbai, is herewith
directed to register the birth of applicant's daughter named Nivanshi
Nagesh Pujari, as 30.01.2019, in record maintained by him after payment
of necessary fees by the applicant and issue birth certificate accordingly.
c. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to the applicant.
