C.R.NO. 760/2019 OF KHAR POLICE STATION IN NOTICE NO.
277/N/2020 U/SEC.451 OF CR.P.C.
1. Applicant Smt. Kavita Raju Pujari is the owner of seized motorvehicle
Bajaj Pulsar bearing no. MH43AX3507 seized by Khar Police, as the accused
committed theft of the said vehicle.
2. The applicant sought interim custody claiming necessity being owner.
The applicant has produced the Affidavit, Copy of F.I.R., copy of Motor Vehicle
Registration Certificate and Copy of Aadhar Card. The accused seems to have
primafacie committed the offence.
3. However, the interim custody of the vehicle can be given to avoid the
damage and rusting to the vehicle on strict condition. Hence, following order.
ORDER
1. The Inspector of Khar Police Station, if in possession of the motor vehicle viz
Bajaj Pulsar bearing registration No. MH43AX3507 shall hand over the
same to the present applicant on her executing Indemnity Bond on non
judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/ for Rs.40,000/(Rupees Forty Thousand
Only) undertaking to the effect that,
(a) she will not alienate, destroy, give on rent or part with the possession of
the above vehicle,

(c) That the applicant to furnish three photographs of the motor vehicle
from three different angles to the police station, which lateron to be filed
alongwith the final report in the Court by the police.

2. The applicant shall produce self attested copies of RC Book, Insurance,
License to the concerned police station.
