ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION
IN C. R. NO.8/2025 (Cyber P.S. West Division)
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. The accused Mr. Bishawajit Taranikanta Das, prayed for bail mainly
on the ground that he is innocent and has not committed any offence.
Investigation is over and he is ready to remain abide by the conditions, if
any, imposed, etc. Investigating Officer and Ld. A.P.P. objected to it
stating that investigation is in progress and there is possibility of tampering.
Offence is serious. Huge amount is involved. Active involvement of the
accused noticed, therefore, application shall be rejected.
3. The allegations are serious. Material investigation is incomplete. The
amount involved is above Rs.1 crore, out of which Rs.21,00,000/- has been
transferred to the account of applicant. The other accused persons are yet to
be arrested. The grounds assigned are somewhat vague. No case of bail
made out. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
Application is rejected.
