COMMITTAL ORDER
The Chargesheet is submitted against all accused before this
court by Sr. Inspector of Police, Vakola Police station, Mumbai, for the
alleged offence mentioned above. Copy of Chargesheet furnished to all
accused in the Jail.
The main offence punishable U/Sec. 307 of I.P.C. alleged
against accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence,
this case is committed to the court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, U/sec. 209 of
Cr.P.C. to stand trial for the offence U/Sec. 307, 504, 341, 342, 452, 120
(B) r/w. 34 of I.P.C.
Accused are in Judicial Custody. The Jail Superintendent is
directed to produce all accused before Hon'ble Court of Sessions on
22/02/2024 without fail. Accused be remanded to judicial custody during,
and until the conclusion of, the trial.
The Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai forthwith. The Vakola Police Station, is hereby directed to
produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai, as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, be intimated
accordingly.
