Cross examination of CW-01 Mr Ajit Salik Singh by advocate Rajiv Pal holding
for Advocate M.S.Signh for accused :
17. I am studied only upto 8th standard. Dispute in between me and
accused is related to the change of name in ownership of the property. I never
visited Colletor Office nor made any averments as such in complaint. No
disput in any court going on in between tenents and me or my brother. I had
sent notice to the accused dated 16.02.2022. I again say I had sent demand
notice Exh.25 to Ganesh Shankar Rane alias Raju. Now I am shown notice
Exh.25. It is correct to say that notice was addressed to Shankar Ganesh Rane
alias Raju. It was mistake. It is not true to say that Shankar Rane is expired
and not alive. I was not aware whether father of Ganesh Rane namely
Shankar was expired or not on the date of issuing demand notice. I had
resent notice of demand to Ganesh Shankar Rane after getting knowledge of
mistake. It is true to say that I have not produced said notice in the
proceeding. It is not true to say that I am deposing false that I have reissued
demand notice to accused Ganesh Shankar Rane alias Raju.
18. I am earning rent from my property that is what my income source.
Cross examination deferred till next date on oral request of advocate
for accused.
