ORDER BELOW EXH.01
The applicant/accused Mr. Shabeer Abdulkhader
Kottalikudy Hydrose has filed this application for permission to travel to
Dubai for his VISA renewal and business purpose from 05.09.2025 to
05.10.2025. Perused application and say of learned APP. Perused
documents. Heard learned Advocate for applicant and learned APP.
2) According to applicant, he is facing trial for offence
punishable under Section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian
Penal Code and Sections 66-C, 66-D of Information Technology Act in
connection with FIR No.67/2022 registered at Cyber Police Station
(West Division). It will take time to conclude the trial.
3) Though the applicant is accused, he has right to travel
abroad. The case is pending since 2024. His personal liberty cannot be
curtailed by rejecting the application. Hence, present application needs
to be allowed. Thus, I proceed to pass following order:
ORDER
1) Applicant/accused namely Mr. Shabeer Abdulkhader Kottalikudy
Hydrose is permitted to travel to Dubai for his VISA renewal and
business purpose from 05.09.2025 to 05.10.2025 subject to condition
that he shall not seek adjournment and due to his absence the trial shall
not adjourned and he shall not dispute his identity during the trial.
2) Applicant/accused should intimate the Court soon after his arrival
at India.

3) Applicant/accused shall furnish detailed itinerary.
