ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 13 of Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
2. It is the case of the applicant that he is married. Name of his wife is
Theres Bemila Jenet. He is residing at Flat No.304, A Wing, Siddharth
Residency, P. Y. Thorat Marg, Near Chembur railway station, Chember
West, Mumbai – 400 089. His wife delivered a male child, on 18.06.2018,
who was named as Andrew Jordan Stalin, at Aayush Hospital, 102, 1st
Laxman Arcade, Vivekanand Corporate Housing Society, 90 Feet Road,
Near Kamarajar High School, Dharavi, Mumbai. He is having sufficient
documentary evidence to prove his identity and residence.
3. The birth of child Andrew Jordan Stalin, is not registered. His
request to concerned authorities for registration of his name was rejected.
He is in need of such registration for availing various facilities and
services. Therefore, he prayed to order and direct the respondent to register
the birth of said child.
4. The application is supported by affidavit. Applicant also filed on
record copies of Aadhar Cards and PAN Cards of himself and his wife,
Electricity Bill and medical papers relating to delivery, issued by Aayush
hospital.
5. From the contents of application and evidence produced it is clear
that the applicant's son was born on 18.06.2018 at Aayush Hospital, 102, 1st
Laxman Arcade, Vivekanand Corporate Housing Society, 90 Feet Road,
Near Kamarajar High School, Dharavi, Mumbai, and he is in need of it for
various purposes. Nobody objected to the application and hence, following
order -

a. Application is allowed.
b. Respondent Asst. Municipal Commissioner, G/N Ward, Sion,
Dharavi, Mumbai, is herewith directed to register the birth of applicant's
son Andrew Jordan Stalin as 18.06.2018, in record maintained by him after
payment of necessary fees by the applicant and issue birth certificate
accordingly.
c. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to the applicant.
