ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF PASSPORT
1. Perused the record. Heard Ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused say
filed by Investigating Officer and Ld. A.P.P. Both have no objection for
renewal of passport. It is informed and admitted that charge sheet not yet filed
though crime registered since long back in the year 2015.
2. It is contended that renewal of passport is required for going abroad for
admission and other educational purposes of the daughter of the applicant. Ld.
Advocate submitted for availing of VISA from concerned country the renewal
of passport for substantial period of minimum ten years is necessary.
Considering the fact that charge sheet not yet filed and the nature of reason
assigned application needs to be allowed. Further, certain conditions can be
imposed. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
1. The application is allowed and applicant is permitted to renew his
passport for a period of ten years by applying before concerned
authorities and completing necessary formalities.
2. The applicant shall inform to concerned police station her date of
leaving and returning to India, along with itinerary and her place of
residence in other countries.
