This is an application for revoking permanent exemption
granted vide order dated 01.09.2023 passed below Exh.22.
2. Heard advocates of both parties.
3. From the record and proceeding, there is reason to believe
that accused is playing tactics to prolonging the trial. Accused failed to
comply the order under section 143-A of the Negotiable Instrument Act
as well as remained absent. The cheque issued by the accused towards
interim compensation is also dishonored. No justification or bonafide
reason for absence of the accused for the trial. Hence, I pass following
order.
ORDER
1. Order passed below application Exh.22 stands set aside.
2. The permanent exemption granted to the accused stands
cancelled.
3. Accused to remain present on next date of hearing.
4. Matter adjourned for further hearing on next date.
5. Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
6. Order be uploaded on Court Web Portal.
