COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused is present today. His Ld. advocate also present. Charge-sheet is
filed on 01.03.2023. Accused is charge-sheeted for the offence punishable
under Sections 436, 342, 427 of IPC. Offence is exclusively triable by the
Hon'ble Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and charge-sheet has
been supplied to the accused. Case will have to be committed. Hence, I pass
following order :
ORDER
1 The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2 The muddemal be produced as and when directed by the Hon'ble
Court of Sessions.
3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be

produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
4 The officer of Shahunagar Police Station, Mumbai be directed to
produce muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Sessions on or
before 29.12.2026 positively.
5 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the case
to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
