The Hon'ble Bombay High Court directed that, from
07/09/2026 to till 11/09/2026 Special Drive for disposal of unattended,
petty, steal and ineffective cases be taken up. Therefore, today the case is
taken up for disposal in special drive. Accused alleged to have committed
an offence punishable under section 409, 415, 420, 463, 464, 468, 171,
r.w.s. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Case is more than 06 years old.
Complainant and her Advocate are absent since long though the matter is
kept for evidence of complainant. Today also complainant and her
Advocate are absent. No adjournment sought. It appears that complainant
is not interested to proceed with the case therefore, on 22/08/2024
matter has been kept for dismissal order and despite of that, complainant
and her Ld. Advocate absent. Hence, complaint is dismissed for want of
prosecution. Accused are acquitted. Proceeding closed.
